iPhone 13 Pro Side paint issue

Hi all,

I've had my 13 Pro for not even a month and I've noticed an issue with the paint on the right side of the phone. I havent dropped the phone or done anything to cause any damage to the device either.

Anyone else had the issue? As I do not know if to take it to apple or not

paint seems to be diapering on the back of my brand new iphone14 pro max does anyone have this same issue. Went to service center they say need to contact Apple directly Call and check with Apple help desk, they ask me to go to the shop where i purchase it. Now waiting to go to the shop where i purchase it, not sure if they can solve my issue, i bet they will say they cannot do much
