why all my account from Iphone log out suddenly, and request me to re enter all passwords. Does it mean my phone get hacked?
and when I forgot password, after verified code was enter, it keeps spining circle too long and not go any where?

It doesn't sound like your phone was hacked.
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.
