Forgot my password

HELP

Hello. I switched to apple I had an android. I needed to create a gmail soo I could create an Apple ID account. I broke my android there was my gmail password now I don’t have it and can’t connect to the phone beachside it’s broken. I know the Apple ID password but not the gmail’s I can’t change the Apple ID gmail. What can I do? Thank you for your time I really need help I’m in stress.
