I am a 2nd user of an iPhone. But, the Apple Servers recognize my device as being with the previous user. Therefore, Restore from iCloud is very complicated. I have to confer with the previous user (my Daughter) to get anywhere. How can change this with Apple Servers.?

This was already done. In fact, there is no reference to this iPhone on her Cell device. Yet the Apple server still insists that my iPhone and serial number is aligned with her. How or who can change this?. I have very little luck with Apple or with AT&T my provider. Any other ideas
