I asked two days ago for refunding my money apple charged me 579.99 SAR and yesterday you refund me 31.53 SAR so the balance is 548.4??? When they will refund it to me... i have contacted u several times but there is no response Thanks a lot

i did the same things that showen in the offcial apple support but like what i told u did not refund my all money back u just refund my 31.51 SAR and i have paid 579.99 SAR and now the option for refund is not appering anyoin my account for shahed app
