To verify my debit card on apple pay, it is saying that a code was sent to a number but it is not my number. How do I change it?

All of my settings for phone wallet and Apple show my number, but the number that pops up for Apple Pay card verification is an unknown number. It’s not even an old number. It is completely random.
I already have. Like I stated, all my accounts (phone settings, wallet application, and Apple accounts) have the right phone number.
