iPhone 7 error model #A1660

How can I get a new phone? Without purchasing? I just found out about this error with iPhone 7, and wondered why I haven’t had services for a month even after paying my bill.

error 2015? my iPhone stopped working this afternoon....as we're in the middle of tornado warnings, I can't get into the provider (Sprint/Tmobile) or the Apple store today and I'm going out of town in the morning. I used my Mac to try to 1) update and then 2) restore my phone, but I received an error message, 2015, and that an "unknown error occurred." Help, please!

an update it required to activate your iphone. i just bought my iphone 13 this month , and out of no where my phone has this error after i restarted the phone. Do i get a replacement or can this be fixed.
