How do I rename my MacBook Air in the settings?

How do I rename my computer on my Macbook. I have two MacBooks so right now they are called Macbook 1 and Macbook 2. I'd like to change that to make them easier to recognize.

Open the Sharing pane of System Preferences and type in a new name.
