Hi guys. Should my 13 PM iOS 15.4.1 show animation when connected to 3rd party magsafe charger or putted in 3rd party magsafe case? I have Mous limitless 4.0 magsafe compatibile case and blitzwolf magsafe charger. None of those shows animation when connected.

That is correct. None of your third-party MagSafe Chargers / Cases will show the animation. The MagSafe devices have to be Apple approved to perform just like the original Apple devices to show the animation.
