Switching accounts in app store messes up other apps.

I am Ukrainian but I live in the Netherlands. My main apple account is set for Ukrainian region but in order to be able to dowload some speciffic apps, which are available only in NL, I created another account. The issue is, when I am switching my accounts in App Store in order to, for example, download Disney+ it also quits from my account in Apple music and deletes all of the downloaded content for unknown reason. Does anyone know how to fix this?
