Fake Apple Pay message?

I just received a message “Your card has been successfully added to "Samuels IPhone" on Apple Pay, if this was NOT you, please remove your card by following the steps here: When I click the link, the pages ask me to input all the information of my credit card. Is it really sent by Apple?
