No option for adding bookmark on iPhone Safari iOS 15.4.1

My iPhone SE2 running iOS 15.4.1 does not have an option for adding a bookmark.

None of these sources will add a bookmark:

No Bookmark option in the menu emanating from the Share icon (square with little arrow)
No Bookmark option in Share>More>Apps Favorites
No Bookmark option in Share>More>Apps Suggestions

Haven't been able to add a bookmark since I initialized this iphone last August. My old iPhone did have a Bookmark option. How can I make get a Bookmark function in Safari on this iPhone SE2?

I am traveling and reluctant to wipe and restore this iPhone to get Bookmarks. And why the heck does it have this bug, anyway?

Bookmark the current page

Tap , then tap Add Bookmark.

I am not clear why are you going into "More" as described in your post

Thank you for your effort to assist, @SravanKrA

As explained above, when I tap that icon, I DO NOT HAVE A BOOKMARK OPTION anywhere in the menus, including More, that the Share icon evokes. The Apple help page is likewise useless.

Can anyone assist further? Thanks
