Sudden overnight drop in VO2 max
My VO2 max dropped overnight on 1/1/2022 and has not come back up. I didn’t have any illness then.
Have others had this experience?
Seems like Apple Watch problem

You should probably consult your doctor, or at the very least, have it checked somewhere else. You can buy O2 meters and just about any drugstore.
It may very well be a problem with the watch... then again, you might have a serious medical condition that needs to be addressed.
