Is there another user accessing my Mac

Hi can you please tell me if another user is accessing my Mac please. I've recently found out there may be spyware on my phone. My Mac & iPhone have been playing up and I've had social media accounts hacked. If I do a factory reset on Mac will it clear everything if anything is there? Thank you

If you erase your disk, everything will be gone for sure.

But that's not likely the source of your problem. If you are being hacked, it's via some set of credentials you use: ID and password combinations. To stop that, you as a known user need to disappear from the internet. You do that by creating 100% new credentials, with strong passwords for ALL your internet accounts.

Reusing an ID/name is probably OK, but strong, new, passwords is an absolute must.
