Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1 is listed in the About this Mac, but Big Sur is listed in System Information and Disk Utility. Why the difference?

Thank you and you are correct. I don't know how, why, or when I called the HDD Big Sur instead of my name, but that was it. I'm still learning Mac OS coming from Windows since 1993 and Linux for the past five years.
Based on the limited infor provided I guess that the name of the disk/Container/Volume is Big Sur
