Device registration for app

I am attempting to download an app that first requires Apple to “register a new device”. The location I am trying to download from is Singulous. I am an end-user.

Singulous is telling me that Apple requires 24-72 hours to process new registrations. I’ve got about 11 hours before the 72 hours is up, and I’m still waiting for Apple to register. Aside from Singulous submitting an escalation with Apple, is there anything I can do to get this process completed? Thanks!
