Apple needs to fix this fast.
Is there a way to get out of MACOS Monterey and go back to previous operating system? Will that help?
Will Chrome slow down my MAC if I add it?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2

As dialabrain's link shows (and there are many others since this started), Apple can't fix an issue Microsoft caused.

No.

Yes. It's a useless resource hog that also constantly sends marketing data to Google whether Chrome is running or not. Avoid it. And no browser, no matter which one you're talking about, has anything to do with Outlook.
Q - " Is there a way to get out of MACOS Monterey and go back to previous operating system? "
A - That will be totally dependent on what version of macOS this Computer Originally came installed with as New ?
If the computer came pre-installed with say Monterey - that would the oldest version of macOS this computer could downgrade to.
Would be inclined to explore the previous suggestion before considering a Downgrade.
EDITED
It looks like an Outlook issue.
