If you mean that you bought more iCloud storage, that space is for back ups and syncing. You can't move data to it and then delete it from your phone.

Again, that's not what iCloud is for. It is for storing backups and syncing. If you don't have enough room on your phone to store things, you'll need to delete some things. Or, buy a phone with more storage.
Hi. Thank you and my apologies. I should have likely been more specific and provided greater detail. My intention is not to move and delete data. I acquire the additional storage with the intention of keeping data that went over, in my case 64 GB. I am looking for whatever process, I would anticipate it would be relatively simple but perhaps I’m missing something obvious, that I need to employ.
