Are custom camera apps like Procamera, Filmic Pro etc. better alternative than native app supplied with IOS? I ask this question from amateur's perspective, not a professional. Are there visible differences between original camera app and custom apps, except more photos and videos options ?

The hardware is all the same. Whether you prefer the end results or the user experience of a third party camera app is something only you are going to be able to answer. Why not try some out and see what you think?

Thanks' for reply! For me, as amateur, I prefer end result. I thought that a third-party camera app improved final result of a photo or video.
