Indoor Run Issue

my indoor run workout seems to be stuck on some kind of goal. Is shows 1150kcal instead of Open Goal.

if I click the … I can start a new indoor run workout but if I click the workout itself it counts down 3,2,1 in red and seems to track me to burning off 1150 Kcal.

anyone know how I can fix this ?

In a workout, tap the circle with the 3 dots in the upper right corner to set/unset workout goals.

You may then actually have to perform a workout for the "new" goal to stick.

Also see step 3 in the 'Start a workout' section in:

Use the Workout app on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If that doesn't work, the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If that still doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
