Blurry screen

I was looking at iCloud settings, and suddenly got this. Why after trying to see my Apple account my screen got blurred. I can barely see the screen. It's not brightness. I already tried increasing that, but didn't work.

Since noticing this, have you tried restarting your Mac? If unable to restart normally, you might need to force it to power off instead. The steps below will help:


You can force a shutdown if necessary—for example, if your Mac becomes unresponsive—by pressing and holding the power button until your Mac shuts down. You may lose unsaved changes in open documents.
