No such thing as an international version.

All iPhones are country specific. Sellers claiming they are selling an international version, just means they are selling an iPhone meant for another country than the one you are in. Usually that is a U.S. model.

Warranty is only valid the county try the iPhone is meant to be sold in. So if you buy this "international" version its warranty will not be valid in Dubai. It will only be valid in whatever country the iPhone is meant to be sold in.

If you want to make sure it works and you have no issues with warranty, buy the version mean for sale in your country. Yes, it will have government imposed limitations such as FaceTime only on supported carriers, but warranty will be valid there.

It is recommended that you buy a phone in the country where you will use it the most. If you plan to travel, you will need an unlocked phone so that you can use it with a local SIM card wherever you are. There is no international version of an iPhone. There is no international warranty on any phone. The warranty is only valid in the country where the phone was sold.
