I have a heart condition, is there an app or a way for it to track my heart and if it’s irregular is there a way for me to send the info to my heart doctor

The Apple Watch series 7 can detect perform a one lead ECG, detect atrial fibrillation and measure you pulse, respiration rate and Oxygen saturation level. It cannot detect heart attacks.
