Activation help

I can’t get into my iPad my mothers email is connected to the iPad And I have a protection order against Her and I can’t use the iPad without getting this device removed from her email

iPad mini 1st gen activation lock well, I first got this iPad mini when I was 12 when the iPad came out as a present and I discovered it again recently however i can't access the email that the iPad was set up with anymore so im stuck. My nan bought it for me from Argos and it wasn't connected to any other devises if im remembering correctly. I just want to use it as an extra screen and for wifi for when in studying for uni. activation lock my ipad has an activation lock, i am unable to get into ipad now and can’t access it. i don’t know the email as my father set this up just want to reset it i’ve gotten everything off it.
