app does not install on iphone 5s
When I want to download a free app (such as apple support or Kardia), the app appears to download when I tap Get, but tapping Install has no effect. This sequence works fine on my wife's newer iPhone.
Hello~ You basically answered your own question. You need a newer iPhone as many apps are not available for a device running the lower version of iOS.
