How do I contact Apple because it states on the “get a refund” section says it was free but the money came off my account immediately. Also the app is terrible

the problem is that it’s listed as free so I can’t request a refund and support says call but they don’t have a number for South Africa.
So the app developers basically stole the money from me.
App charged me 50% of total as soon as I started the 7 day free trail
