iPhone 12 keeps shutting down cutting off phone calls

My phone keeps shutting down cutting off phone calls the speakers aren’t allowed any more and don’t work properly people can’t hear me if I don’t have it on loudspeaker the screen sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t when you try and touch it and the phone shuts down every now and then
