Error in sending SMS
I changed mobile number. Whenever I try to send text messages, I will receive Message Failed To Send message and Not Delivered status even if the recipient was able to receive my messages.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
