iPhone 13 cannnot FIND my Samsung galaxy buds pro (earbuds)

Subject. I've tried everything suggested online. My iphone 13 pro can't recognize my galaxy buds pro. The buds can be seen by my old samsung phone, my ipad, and my pc, so it seems like it has something to do with the iPhone.

Things I've tried

• downloaded galaxy bud app and tried connecting that way. the app couldn't find the headphones either
• reset Bluetooth multiple times
• reset the network settings on iphone
• i tried hard resetting my iphone
• deleted the earbuds from all other devices incase there were conflicting connections

I was able to reconnect the buds to every other device without issue

After all this the buds still don't show up on the bluetooth list on the iPhone!

Any one have ideas?
