Music Subscription and Lost Playlists

I was initially subscribed to Apple Music and it randomly asked me to resubscribe, it also charged me again even though I had an active subscription and my playlists are gone. How can I fix this and get my playlists back and adjust the payment situation?

I don't think there is a way to get your playlists back. You could turn off Sync Library in Settings > Music, and turn it on again. As for billing try Get Support, top right on this page.
