I have an ipad mini 2, model MF083LL/A.
I went to reactivate my cellular data plan just now and when I go into my cellular data account, it says "Invalid Access. Please close the page and reopen View Account. (USIM9991). "
I have done this over and over again for a good dozen times and get the same reply. What is this all about and what can I do to correct this?

Giulio, thanks. It got resolved.
But from now on, I will pay online for my cellular data, I can't use my ipad for that anymore. We don't know why but there is no problem with me renewing my data plans online.

In order to check/renew/change your cellular data plan (or your SIM card compatibility) you need to contact your cellular carrier and ask them.
