imac will not connect to internet

IMac will not connect to the home Internet. All other Apple and PC devices work fine just not the IMac. T

Even though other devices connect, please first do the following:


  1. Unplug your modem from its power source for 2-3 minutes and plug it back in.
  2. Unplug your router from its power source for 2-3 minutes and plug it back in.
  3. Restart Mac and test.


If the problem persists please try all the steps in If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support
