Where is the @ Symbol on the Latin American Spanish Keyboard?

How do people get by without an @ symbol on the LA Spanish keyboard 30 years after email? What buttons are they pressing? I've Googled everywhere and none of the answers work. I've tried ctrl-alt-2 I've tried alt-G I've tried alt-2. I've tried ctrl-alt-Q, etc.
