My phone won’t let me re-download apps that were deleted. Only new apps. It says there a billing problem when I try to re-download. But no message with the new apps.

It is possible the old apps were downloaded with another apple ID with a billing problem
Check if the issue persists if you delete one of the apps and re-download?
If you offload the app:

Then redownload it using the app store it might even keep the data, but be connected to your new apple ID.

I get the same problem and I’ve used the same Apple ID, and it still won’t let me download anything, without it coming up with the verification of billing information and then I confirm it’s my card and I put the password in and it takes me back to the same thing so I’ve got no clue what to do 😂
Why wont my phone let me re-download old apps? Only new ones.
