Error message trying to sync home videos to my iPad

I get the following error messages when I try to sync these home videos to my iPad. My iPad is an Apple iPad Pro running IOS 15.4.1. The videos are recorded on a Sony Handycam then they are converted to the mp4 format using Handbrake v1.5.1. The videos play fine on my iMac and on my Apply TV. I have other videos that I converted that same day that play fine on all my devices.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Some videos, including “Cemetery 5-3-2022 1”, were not copied to the iPad “Mark's iPad” because they cannot be played on this iPad.

“Christmas 1954 Edited” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad “Mark's iPad”.

“Chicken Barbecue 1-15-2022” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad “Mark's iPad”.

“Caz Update 1-13-2022” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad “Mark's iPad”.

“Cemetery 5-3-2022 2” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad “Mark's iPad”.

“Cemetery 5-3-2022 1” was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad “Mark's iPad”.
