Office 365 no longer syncing with Iphone 12 via Itunes

The sync has been working for months and has now stopped. I used every suggested fix method I've found on the net with no luck in fixing the issue. I've deleted Outlook on the iPhone and reinstalled. I've rebooted the iPhone more than once. Nothing works. Suggestions?

syncing issue after upgraded to ios 13 after upgrading ios 13 on my iphone x. syncing with outlook using itunes 12.1 is too slow, then disconnected and contact are missing telephone numbers.

Outlook is no longer recognised by iTunes. Why not I understand that support for synchronisation has been removed from iTunes. Certainly, I haven't been able to carry out a synch of my iPhone to my PC for several months. The only option I am offered by Apple is to synch via iCloud but I don't use iCloud and prefer to keep my data local. [Edited by Moderator]
