How can I put my Mac to sleep from the keyboard if I have TouchID?

On my old Mac Pro I had the old bluetooth keyboard and I could put it to sleep with cmd-opt-eject. I have a new Mac Studio with a TouchID Magic Keyboard, but I can't use the same shortcut because the eject key is now the Touch ID key and serves a different purpose.

Pressing the power button is inconvenient as it's round the back of the machine which is hard to get to, and I have problems using the sleep menu option because my mouse is very sensitive, so it usually immediately wakes up again because the mouse has moved very slightly after I selected the menu option.

Is there some way to reassign the sleep keyboard shortcut? cmd-opt-F13 would be good!
