Apple Watch heart notifications My Apple Watch is setup correctly to let me know when my heart rate is to high but it is not doing it. I have a heart condition and rely on my watch to let me know when my heart rate is up so I can take my medicine but I been having to check it every ten minutes just to see if my heart rate has gone up.

You only get these notifications if you appear to have been inactive for 10 minutes.
