I can NOT find the original 10.13
I can NOT find the original 10.13. I kind of need that to get all the following High Sierra updates. I've looked and looked and looked. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey Niel,
Thanks for the info.
Though I did step through that process already. I clicked download and the button becomes shaded a little. As if its been decompressed. And Hovering over the button does not change what the curser looks like ( it looks like there's nothing to click on).
Underneath the Download button the word "Configuring" appeared. I would periodically checked on it. It remained liked that for nearly an hour and a half. Then the word "Configuring" disappeared" and the Download button remained un-clickable. Nothing appeared in my download folder. The Mac OS High Sierra icon does appear in my Applications folder, but it's size is 422 KB. And this size never changes and there's been no movement in my Activity Monitor to suggest it ever really downloaded.
You don't need to go through it. The download link for High Sierra in the Related Article above is a full-version upgrade and will work on Sierra.

As Niel says, they only proved the latest whole version & a few updaters if you're stuck at an earlier 10.03.x version.
Trash the Install MacsOS High Sierra.app in Applications then restart, a new copy more recent version can be downloaded.
