Didn't receive unlock email from Apple

I've tried to unlock my iCloud email, and when I tried to sent the reset password email, it says that they sent to my email (email has sent to h***@g***.com) so I checked my inbox, and never got any email from Apple, I've checked all the folder including junk and trash.

This is my rescue email, and I don't remember my security question. My email works fine, I don't have any filters that auto delete email on it.
