Where is my money??!
First if all apple support hasn’t done anything to rectify what happened. I transferred money from a card in my mobile wallet to Apple Cash. Which I do frequently. It never went to Apple Cash but it was taken off the card I used. Apple had me do all this stuff to my phone including resetting everything. Still nothing. Now I have to wait a week to get an answer they say. Where is my money? I sent them a screenshot of the account it was taken out of an it clearly states the payment was made to APPLE. So i would like to know how I can file a formal complaint. Not just to a manager of a department. But to headquarters themselves. Can anyone help with that?
