5.1 Surround output USB Interface with Toslink on MacBook Pro M1

Hello People

I try a few soundcards like: ESI U24XL, Audiotrack Prodigy Cube2 and Caldigit TS3 plus

to get a 5.1 connection via toslink optical but all without success. These give everything only a 2-channel output.

On my older MacPro's such 1.1 3.1 and 5.1 i got a 5.1 connection directly from internal toslink optical.

Has anyone a succesful 5.1 connection from a USB soundcard device?

Or does anyone have an idea which sound card which runs via USB working in 5.1 surround?
