I have downloaded Microsoft 365 in my application but how do I get them on my external bar on desktop to use.Is there an activate for all of them ?

If you mean that you want the icons to be on the Dock, use Finder "Go" menu to go to the Applications folder and then drag the applications (one at a time, e.g., Word, Excel, etc) from the Applications folder to the Dock.
