Changing my region while having balance

I want to buy Storage what it cannot let me because my region is in the wrong country but I I can’t change my region because I have balance so what should I do I wanna remove my balance help please

I understand that you may want to change the country and for that, your credit balance must stand at Zero.

The options available to you are...

Add more funds and buy something useful else
Learn what to do if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item.
