I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). The program is asking for an additional 17GB. Where do I find an additional 17GB???
I have gone through and got rid of everything I could and downloaded items to an external hard drive, but I still don't have enough space.
Any ideas for me???

Another option would be to save everything you want to keep to the external drive, and then do a clean install of mac OS.

Chasing down hundreds of tiny files is a waste of time. The basic principle is that you can get a BIG payback by finding the biggest un-needed items and getting rid of a few of them.
