Folder name change

There are times when I move/copy files from my iPhone to my Windows PC. Before I updated to iOS 15.4, the folder names on the iPhone would say, for example, “100APPLE”. But after I updated to iOS 15.4, the folder names changed to, “202107_”. Has anybody who usually connects their iPhone to a Windows PC noticed the change? Also, it won’t let me delete .AAE files.
