I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I recently acquired another one. I would like to clone the first to the second and then keep them in synch.
Is that possible and if so, how do I do it?

Restore a backup from the first phone to the second phone. Use the same Apple ID on both phones.
Note that by doing the above, you will end up with devices containing the same data and settings. With different phone numbers, of course.
Anything synced with a cloud service will be updated on the other device so long as they both sync to the cloud.
What will NOT be automatically kept in sync will be apps and in app data that is not synced to the cloud.
