I am not receiving invites and the invites I send are not received. My appleid is associated with my FaceTime. I have no updates to my watch and I have restarted the phone and watch multiple times.

The Walkie-Talkie app isn't available in all countries or regions.
Cellular is not necessary.
Just yesterday, I was using Walkie-Talkie on my GPS ONLY Series 4 talking to my Wife.
Can you FaceTime with the other person? Walkie-Talkie is basically a push-to-talk FaceTime audio call. So you must be able to do FaceTime with the other person as a minimum.
It is available in the USA which is where I am.

No. I’ve done everything it said and it still doesn’t work. I do not have a cellular plan on my watch. Would that have anything to do with it?
Yes but it still didn’t work. I don’t have cellular on my watch. Could that be the issue?
