Apple watch face

hey apple community - i have a bit of an unusual request. i primarily use my apple watch as a secondary device for all the great analytic functionality it provides. as such, i’d love to have a watch face that allows me to not show the time (neither in digital, nor analog format). instead i’d love to add additional complication(s). i imagine a modular setup that allows one or two complications in lieu of the current time display.

is this possible?
