When I lock the card is the virtual card and Apple Pay locked mask or just the actual card ?

When I lock the card is the virtual card and Apple Pay locked as well or only the card I have In my wallet won’t work ?

Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet - iPhone 14 Pro I’ve just changed my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro. When trying to add my debit card to the wallet it says “unable to add card” I previously used the same card with my previous phone and watch for Apple Pay with no issues. Ive tried adding the card several times, signed out of my Apple ID and then back in again, restarted iPhone to no avail. Has anyone else had the same problem?
